Spray-Mix Refractory Coating
Description:
Spray-Mix is used as a protective coating for refractory. Spray-mix works great to protect the throat and liner tiles and rear doors of a Cleaver-Brooks boiler. Sold in 15 lb pails.
Preparation & Application:
Simply mix with water to a consistency of ketchup. Apply to refractory surfaces with a brush.
Trowleze Refractory Mortar
Description:
Used as a mortar when installing refractory brick. Sold in 50 pounds pails.

Preparation & Application:
Apply with a trowel or by hand.
Insul-All
Description:
Insulating cement. Used on Cleaver-Brooks dry-back rear doors to create a better seal. Sold in 50lb bags.
Preparation & Application:
Mix with water until you get a thick, oatmeal texture. Apply by hand.
Grefpatch-85
Description:
Used to patch refractory in high temperature areas such as the rear refractory doors and throat tile. Grefpatch-85 is great for filling in missing chucks of refractory the size of a fist. Comes in a 55 pound pail.

Black Swan Furnace & Retort Cement
Description:
Used to fill the front shelf gap on a Cleaver-Brooks boiler. Maximum temperature limit is 3000 F.
