JBS Series

(JBXS for low NOx)
High Efficiency Commercial Applications
The JBS(X) burner offers improved emission performance and higher turndowns (12 to 1 on Natural gas). This burner is designed with a new firing head and improvements to other components (louver box) to support the higher turndown and lower emissions, making it more efficient then our standard JB line. NOx levels down to 20ppm.

  • JBS2: 1,674 to 7,113 MBtu / hr.
  • JB(X)S2: 2,000 to 5,500 MBtu / hr.
  • JBS3: 6,300 to 17,000 MBtu / hr.
  • JB(X)S3: 5,230 to 13,600 MBtu / hr

Model HDRMB™

Rapid Mix Burner
The Model HDRMB provides reliable ultra low emissions down to 9ppm utilizing the patented* rapid mix burner technology. Combined with the industry proven performance of Webster’s HD series burners, the HDRMB is the perfect choice for ultra low NOx applications that require high efficiency. Sizes from 4,000,000 to 105,000,000 Btu / hr. Operates with normal O2 levels from 4 to 6%. Available for gas or combination Gas / #2 Oil without removing the burner from the boiler. Watertube or firetube boilers.

Model HDR-RF

Full Register Burner
Designed for large capacity Industrial boilers, the versatility and flexibility of Webster’s Series HDR-RF burners saves time and money. Our HDR-RF readily adapts to most large boiler and furnace configurations. HDR-RF can be installed vertically, horizontally, left or right to accommodate even the most unique on-site conditions. 10,000,000 to 125,000,000 Btu / hr. Available for gas, light oil, propane, digester gas and other waste gases and liquids. NOx levels down to 30ppm.

HDS Series

(HDSX for low NOx)
High Swirl Firing Head Burner
The HDSX is a burner that offers improved efficiency through higher turndowns (up to 12 to 1 on Natural gas). It is based on the proven HDRV burner with a new firing head and improvements to other components to support the higher turndown and lower emissions. The firing head places a high spin on the flame which allows for tighter control. 8,400,000 to 63,000,000 Btu / Hr. For firetube, watertube, flextube and firebox boilers. Natural gas, #2 oil, #6 oil, propane, digester gas and other waste gases and liquids. NOx levels down to 20ppm.

Model HDRV

Forced Draft Burner

Webster continues its leadership in combustion innovation with our mid-range combustion burner, the HDRV Series. Designed for flextube and watertube boiler. Register design with venturi throat for better flame shaping. 12,600,000 to 40,300,000 Btu / Hr. Natural gas, #2 oil, #6 oil, propane, waste gas and waste liquids. Burner operation is very forgiving and can handle wider variations in Fuel Btu and other variables.

Webster TEMP-A-TRIM Air Density Trim System

The air temperature in your boiler room can change dramatically from day to night and from season to season. These changes cause significant combustion inefficiencies and degrade combustion stability. TEMP A TRIM® senses combustion air temperature and automatically varies the fan speed to create a constant air flow mass for combustion. By maintaining optimum fuel/air ratios, you are assured that your burner is operating at maximum efficiency.

Alternative Fuels

The majority of Webster’s burners can be designed to burn many of the waste fuels that may now be considered a waste product. A list of some of these waste fuels is shown below.
Gas Fuels:
Digester gas, Low Btu waste gas, syngas, landfill gas, flare gas, Methane.

Liquid Fuels:
#4 oil, #6 oil, free fatty acid, yellow grease, processed waste oil, animal fat, vegetable oil, bio-diesel.

Cici Boiler Rooms, Inc. can only sell new Webster burners inside our Indiana and Kentucky territory.
